        Massive strike on Kharkiv: 47 civilians wounded, including a child

        On the evening of 2 May, Russian troops carried out a large-scale attack on Kharkiv, initially using Geran-2 drones, according to the Kharkiv regional police. The strikes hit residential and civilian infrastructure in the city, causing large-scale fires.

        Multi-storey and private houses, cars, a shop and an industrial enterprise were damaged. According to updated information, 47 residents were injured to varying degrees, including an 11-year-old girl. Eleven victims were taken to hospital.

        Police, rescue workers and medics are working at the scene. They are evacuating people from destroyed buildings and providing first aid and support. Specialists are inspecting all damaged objects.
