On the night of 26 July, the Dnipropetrovsk region was hit by a combined air strike. According to Serhiy Lysak, head of the regional military administration, two people were killed and six others were injured as a result of the strikes.
According to preliminary data, air defence forces destroyed seven missiles and 26 drones, but some of them reached their targets. A man was killed and a woman was injured in Dnipro, and a high-rise building and industrial enterprises were damaged. The shelling caused fires, including in a car park where cars caught fire.
In the Dnipro district, the Eicentre shopping centre burned down, fires broke out at an enterprise, and dry grass burned in various places. As a result of the shelling in this area, another person was killed and four were wounded.
In addition, the enemy struck the Pokrovsk community in the Synelnykivskyi district with guided aerial bombs, causing a fire. An FPV drone attacked the Pokrovsk community in the Nikopol district, and a strike on the Marganetsk community was also recorded.
