        Kharkiv Region Police Officer Killed in FPV Drone Strike

        On March 3, Denys Kotlyar, an inspector of Platoon 2 of Company 3 of the Special Police Battalion of the Kharkiv Oblast Police, was killed while transporting personnel to Donetsk Oblast.

        This was reported by the police of Kharkiv region.

        It is reported that the Russians fired from an FPV drone. As a result of the enemy attack, the police senior lieutenant sustained life-threatening injuries.

        “Denys Kotlyar devoted about 12 years of his life to work in the internal affairs, police and service to the Ukrainian people. He worked as a driver, patrol officer and district inspector. During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, he did not betray his oath, stood up to defend the state and continued to fulfill his professional duties,” the police said.

        The policeman was 30 years old, the deceased is survived by his parents, wife and nine-year-old daughter
