Due to ongoing power supply issues, train services on all lines of the Kharkiv Metro remain suspended. The Kharkiv Metro reported that it is currently operating in shelter mode.

The metro has not been running for the third consecutive day following a Russian strike on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure during the night of November 8. The operation of surface transport in the city has been adjusted to account for the temporary suspension of metro services.
