Since February 2022, Nova Poshta has lost UAH 800 million worth of company assets, including branches, depots and post offices.
This was reported by “AIN” with reference to a comment from Nova Poshta.
As of June 2025, the company had paid out nearly UAH 134 million in compensation to its customers. During the full-scale war, the Russians destroyed 138,000 parcels in depots, branches and post offices.
During this time, Nova Poshta was forced to close 19 branches in the frontline regions of Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkiv.
‘We left the settlements where the security situation did not allow us to stay. And we will be the first to return as soon as it becomes possible,’ the team assured.
