The government has kept the current preferential electricity tariffs for households throughout the 2026/27 heating season. Electricity prices will also remain unchanged for households that use electric heating.
This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi.
The decision was made taking into account the current socio-economic situation in the country.
The existing preferential conditions will be preserved, in particular, for households with electric heating — electricity prices for them will also remain unchanged.
Earlier, the government adopted a similar decision to keep the current payment conditions for natural gas for households.
Going forward, the Cabinet of Ministers plans to improve the tariff-setting system and introduce targeted support for citizens who genuinely need it.
