        Energy worker was injured in the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian strike

        As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure on February 23, some consumers in the Kharkiv region remain without electricity. An energy industry worker was injured during the Russian attack.

        This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

        According to the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, on the morning of February 23, the Russians attacked the Kholodnohirskyi and Osnovianskyi districts of Kharkiv. Currently, two victims are known: a 55-year-old man was injured, and a 70-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

        According to the Ministry of Energy, as a result of hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure facilities, some consumers in the Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy regions remain without electricity.

        Today, most regions are forced to implement hourly power cuts, and enterprises are subject to power restriction schedules. Emergency power cuts have been implemented in some regions.
