Enemy intensifies attacks near Dnipropetrovsk border: fighting continues on the Novopavlivka axis

As of 4:00 p.m. on June 15, Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to repel Russian assaults, with a total of 86 combat engagements reported. This was stated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The situation remains particularly tense on the Novopavlivka axis, which borders the Dnipropetrovsk region. Russian forces attempted 16 breakthroughs near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Novosilka, Vilne Pole, Novyi Komar, as well as toward Myrne, Shevchenko, Odradne, and Bohatyr. Three engagements are still ongoing. The enemy also launched airstrikes on the settlements of Novopil, Voskresenka, and Myrne.

On the Pokrovsk axis, 27 enemy assaults were recorded; five on the Toretsk axis and six on the Kramatorsk axis. No significant changes were reported on the Orikhiv and Prydniprovske axes. Fighting also continues on the Kursk axis, with three engagements currently underway.

Russian forces also launched a missile strike on Kremenchuk and conducted airstrikes on border areas in Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
