        Enemy Attacks Continue: Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson Regions Under Fire

        On July 18, Russian forces continued massive strikes on peaceful towns and villages across several Ukrainian regions. According to police, in Zaporizhzhia region alone, the occupiers launched 358 drones (mostly FPV), carried out 141 artillery strikes, four airstrikes and seven attacks using multiple launch rocket systems. Zaporizhzhia city, Magdalynivka, Andriivka, Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Prymorske, Hulyaipole, Orikhiv and other settlements came under fire. One person was killed in Stepnohirsk — a 64-year-old man died as a result of shelling.

        In Donetsk region, emergency services extinguished five fires caused by enemy attacks. In Druzhkivka, a rocket strike damaged three private houses. In Lyman, rescuers put out a fire in a private house and a forest floor blaze covering 5,000 square meters. In Kostiantynivka, firefighters dealt with an apartment fire in a high-rise building hit by a drone. In Kramatorsk, rescue teams responded to drone attacks in the city’s industrial zone.

        In Kharkiv region, the enemy used air-launched rockets, Shahed drones, Geran-2 drones, Lancet drones and FPV drones. In total, 39 airstrikes with unguided rockets were recorded. Residential buildings and farm structures were damaged in the Kupiansk, Izium, Bohodukhiv and Lozova districts. No civilian casualties were reported.

        Police in Kherson region continue to record new war crimes. Settlements including Kherson, Kizomys, Yantarne, Antonivka, Sofiyivka, Beryslav and others were shelled again. Civilians were killed and injured: near Veletenske, a drone attack killed a man riding a bicycle; during the evacuation of his body, a volunteer vehicle hit a mine, injuring three men. Dozens of houses and cars were damaged. Emergency services and police remain on the ground. More than 20 criminal cases have been opened under articles relating to war crimes.
