        Emergency repair work completed in Kyiv after Russian strike on Shevchenkivskyi district

        In the capital, the aftermath of the shelling of a five-story building that occurred on the night of 23 June has been cleared up. Rescuers worked for almost three days, dismantling and removing more than 1,900 cubic metres of debris and destroyed structures.

        About 100 people and 29 units of special and engineering equipment were involved in the work.

        Nine people were killed in the attack, including one child. Another 13 residents were injured, including one child. Rescuers evacuated 10 people, including two children and a pregnant woman.
