Last night, on November 4, Russian forces carried out a strike on a DTEK energy facility in the Odesa region.
This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the DTEK Group.
“Energy workers will begin restoration work immediately after receiving permission from the military and rescuers. The damage is significant. Repairs will take time,” DTEK noted.
According to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, during the night, Russian armed forces launched a massive drone attack on Izmail, damaging port and energy infrastructure facilities.
Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper reported that fires broke out as a result of the strikes. Road surfaces, production facilities, and equipment were damaged.
“There are no fatalities or injuries. No power outages have been reported,” the statement said.
