On the night of 7 June, Dnipro region came under a combined attack by Russian troops. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak. According to him, air defence forces destroyed 6 missiles and 27 enemy drones.
Despite the effective work of air defence, there are consequences. Two women, aged 45 and 88, were injured in Dnipro. They received medical care, and one of them remains on outpatient treatment. Damage to the city’s infrastructure, a business, an educational institution and several dozen garages was reported. One car caught fire as a result of the hit, and three more were damaged. Windows were smashed in high-rise buildings, and the inspection is ongoing.
The situation was also turbulent in Pavlohrad, where a business and residential buildings were damaged. A fire broke out and nine cars were destroyed. According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.
On the morning of 7 June, the enemy resumed attacks on Nikopol district, attacking the district centre and Marhanets community with FPV drones and heavy artillery. A nine-storey building was damaged in Nikopol. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
