In Ternopil, emergency responders recovered the body of a woman from beneath the rubble of a residential building. The overall number of fatalities from the Russian missile attack has risen to 27, including three children, according to the State Emergency Service.
Official reports confirm that 94 people were injured, 18 of them children. Rescue and recovery operations are ongoing at the scene.
Emergency crews have dismantled around 950 square meters of reinforced concrete structures and removed 460 tons of debris. The work continues uninterrupted.
