At approximately 07:15, Kharkiv residents heard a powerful explosion. According to monitoring channels, ballistic missiles were flying in the direction of the city.
According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, ‘the explosion that was heard in Kharkiv occurred outside the city.’
The Telegram channel ‘Nikolaevsky Vanek’ reported that [the Russians] ‘are operating in approximately the same area where they operated during the massive shelling.’
As is known, during the massive shelling on the night of Saturday, 8 November, Kharkiv lost electricity and water, and some areas still have no heat.
