On 22 February, at approximately 16:05, Russian aircraft struck the village of Zolochiv in Kharkiv region. According to the police, a guided bomb hit private garages, causing significant damage.
The shelling partially damaged two two-storey and one one-storey apartment buildings, 14 private houses, and outbuildings. A 61-year-old woman was wounded but refused hospitalization.
Investigative teams are on-site documenting the crime. A criminal case has been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (War Crimes).
