On September 23, two people were killed and another 25 were injured in Kyiv as a result of a Russian attack. Of them, 17 are in hospitals.

Office centres, grocery stores and petrol stations came under attack today.
“Absolutely civilian infrastructure that has nothing to do with military facilities,” Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi wrote.
Fires broke out at several locations. Around 100 rescuers and 20 units of equipment were involved in dealing with the consequences of the attack.
According to the State Emergency Service, a fire broke out at one of the petrol stations in the Darnytskyi district. A transport enterprise was on fire in the Solomianskyi district. A warehouse was on fire in the Holosiivskyi district. At another location, a Russian UAV hit another petrol station. Also, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration, a four-storey business centre, the roof of a non-residential building, a transport infrastructure facility, a store building and a nine-storey non-residential building were damaged.
