Around 11:00 a.m. on February 21, a Russian bomb struck Zolochiv in Kharkiv region, injuring five people, according to regional police.
Two men aged 55 and 63, and three women aged 51, 60, and 72 were injured. They suffered shrapnel injuries and an acute stress reaction.
The strike destroyed a car and two houses, and damaged four other houses. There were also hits in the meadows in Zolochiv and near the village of Orishanka.
An investigative team, forensic experts and explosive experts are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of the attack and collecting material evidence.
A criminal proceeding was opened under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).
