One person was killed in a hostile attack in Zhytomyr region, and 5 people are currently known to be wounded. Among them is a child born in 2011. All the victims were hospitalised in medical institutions.

At least 5 high-rise buildings were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the buildings.
Rescuers and all relevant services are working at the scene. A warming centre has also been set up to provide assistance to the public.
The fire has been extinguished. The emergency response is currently underway.
