From October 5 to 9, 18 additional Kyiv City Express shuttle services will operate in Kyiv on the Vydubychi — Darnytsia — Vydubychi route. They were introduced due to disrupted traffic across Kyiv’s bridges.
This was reported by “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
The additional shuttles will operate during peak hours: from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
At Vydubychi station, boarding and alighting will take place on track 3. At Darnytsia station, trains will use track 1 or 2. The additional services will also stop at Berezniaky station.
In addition to Kyiv City Express shuttles, passengers traveling between Kyiv’s right and left banks can use scheduled suburban and regional trains running to and from Nizhyn, Hrebinka, Konotop, and Slavutych. They stop at Vydubychi and Darnytsia stations, while suburban trains will also stop at Berezniaky.
During peak hours, up to six services will run between the two banks through a combination of additional shuttles, scheduled trains, and Kyiv City Express services.
Tickets can be purchased in the Ukrzaliznytsia app, while routes can be planned on the official Kyiv City Express website.
