On the night of October 29, the Russians struck the city of Krivoy Rog with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and attacked Ukraine with 48 attack UAVs.
As for the enemy aviation, it launched guided aerial bombs around the clock on the frontline territory in different directions, the AFU Air Force reported.
Air defense worked in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky, Sumy, Chernihiv and Poltava regions.
“As of 09:00 confirmed the shooting down of 26 enemy UAVs, 20 drones locally lost, one returned to Russia. The information is being clarified and updated,” the message reads.
On the night of October 29, the Russian army attacked Krivoy Rog, Kiev and Kharkiv. Twenty-nine people were injured and five people were killed.
The attacks also damaged a monument of national importance – Kharkiv’s Gosprom. It is one of the most famous buildings in the city: an architectural monument and one of the first skyscrapers of the Soviet Union.
