To restore electricity supply to consumers who have been without power for an extended period, scheduled hourly power outage plans (HPS) have been introduced in certain regions of Ukraine instead of emergency shutdowns. The announcement was made by Ukrenergo.
Residents can check the exact time and duration of outages on the official pages of their local distribution system operators (oblenergo).
At the same time, emergency outages remain in effect in several regions due to the consequences of recent Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Ukrenergo warned that the situation in the power system remains dynamic and may change. The company urged consumers to use electricity sparingly whenever supply is available.
