On August 29, a two-year-old girl was killed in Kyiv’s Obolonskyi district after a Russian drone fell. Two other people were injured.
This was reported by Kyiv police.
Russian UAVs had been attacking the capital since the night. During the day, one of the drones fell in a park in Obolonskyi district.
The two-year-old girl suffered fatal shrapnel wounds. An 18-year-old woman and a 71-year-old woman were also injured.
Police continue to work at the sites where the consequences of the attack are being dealt with in the Holosiivskyi, Desnianskyi, Obolonskyi, Podilskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts of the capital.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko later clarified that five people were injured in the morning attacks on the capital. Four of them received medical assistance at the scene. One injured person — an 18-year-old woman — was hospitalized.
