With the support of the AOA DOT and Taras Chmut personally, the Ministry of Defense plans to implement the following tasks:

        • Identifying the real needs of the front and ensuring maximum transparency of all processes. Procuring what has proven effective on the battlefield.
        • All purchases must be directly related to the current needs and objectives of the war.
        • Controlling the quality and timeliness of deliveries. Reducing the delay between payment and actual delivery.
        • Building a flexible and dynamic procurement system capable of responding to innovation.
        • Lower prices through transparent competition and the fight against corruption.

“Taras Chmut is the head of the Come Back Alive Foundation, which has built one of the most effective and transparent support systems for the Armed Forces. This experience is critical for the transformation of state defense procurement,” the Ministry of Defense said.
