On March 26, for almost an hour, starting around 20:40 to 21:30, the Russian army carried out a large-scale drone attack on Kharkiv. More than ten explosions were heard in the city. Two districts of the city were hit.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The video of the Russian drone hit was published after the attack on Kharkiv by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“Every day in Ukraine is marked by large-scale attacks by attack drones, most of which are Shahids. It was Iran that taught Russia to produce such attack drones. Today, more than a dozen drones have already hit our Kharkiv, one of the largest cities in Ukraine. No country should go through this,” the president wrote.
According to law enforcement officials, a drone hit a warehouse near a residential area in Kharkiv’s Sloboda district. A 14-year-old girl was injured by an explosion. Also, three people, including a five-year-old boy, a 71-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, suffered acute stress reactions.
In the Kyiv district, houses, garages, cars, and civilian buildings were damaged. Nine people were injured, including five women and four men. The victims have an acute stress reaction and injuries.
It has been preliminarily established that the Russian armed forces used a Geranium-2 UAV to shell Kharkiv.
