Rescue operations in the nine-story building that was hit by the occupiers on October 30 have been completed. The attack killed three people, including children aged 13 and 15.

“As a result of an enemy strike, 3 people were killed, including 2 children, and 36 others were injured.”
It is noted that rescuers from the Kharkiv, Luhansk and Ivano-Frankivsk garrisons of the SES, as well as the 2nd Special Rapid Response Center of the SES of Ukraine, were involved in the relief efforts.
In addition, psychologists from the SES worked at the scene and helped 32 people.
