On the night of December 13, around 01:40, a Russian drone hit the roof of a five-story building in Kharkiv.
According to the State Emergency Service, the strike caused a fire. The roof of the residential building and window glazing were damaged.
“Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire. Sappers and psychologists of the SES worked at the scene,” the statement said.
There were no casualties.
