On the night of October 28, Russian occupation troops hit the Kholodnogorskyi district of Kharkiv.
According to the State Emergency Situations Service, as a result of the air strike, the apartments on the top floor of a nine-storey residential building were partially destroyed. Also windows in the building were broken out.
Preliminarily, 7 people were injured, including one child – a girl of 16 years old.
The ceiling between the 8th and 9th floors of the apartment building was damaged, three apartments were destroyed.
