On the night of January 22, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 99 Shahed attack drones and various types of imitation drones. Ukrainian air defense destroyed 65 enemy targets.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Air targets were shot down in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytsky, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions.
30 enemy imitator drones were lost locally (without negative consequences), the Air Force added.
As a result of the night attack, institutions, industrial enterprises, outbuildings, private and apartment buildings were damaged in Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Sumy and Khmelnytsky regions.
