Russian troops struck a house in Kupiansk.
According to Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, two people are known to have been killed – women aged 85 and 56.
A 60-year-old man, a 75-year-old woman and a 68-year-old woman were also injured. Medical personnel are providing them with the necessary assistance.
Preliminary reports indicate that the occupiers used FAB-500 bombs.
