Russian occupation troops hit a nine-story building in Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb.
As of 6:40 it is known about two dead, said the head of the regional administration Oleg Sinegubov.
“One child has died. From under the rubble rescuers have unblocked fragments of bodies. There will be an expert examination to establish the identity. Therefore, the number of dead increased to two people,” – said Sinegubov.
According to the State Emergency Service, 35 people were injured, including one child. Three people were rescued.
“Destroyed the entrance of a 9-storey building from 5 to 1 floors. Under the rubble, probably remain people. Emergency rescue work continues”, – reported the rescuers.
