On the night of August 21, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using strike drones and missiles. Several regions were hit, most of them in the western part of the country.
Mukachevo. The enemy strike hit the territory of one of the enterprises. Rescuers are working at the site. Twelve people were injured as a result of the attack: ten were taken to the hospital by ambulances, and two more sought medical attention on their own. The city authorities urged residents to stay at home and close their windows tightly.
Zaporizhzhia. The Russians struck the city twice during the night. Industrial infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged.
“Several industrial facilities have been destroyed. The blast wave damaged nearby houses, knocking out windows. Utility services are already working on site,” said Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration.
Lviv. The enemy carried out a combined attack with drones and missiles.
“Again, as a month ago, it hit Olena Stepanivna Street.
There are preliminary reports of casualties. The blast wave damaged dozens of houses: windows and roofs. All services are working on site,” said Mayor Andriy Sadovyi.
Explosions were also heard in Rivne, Kyiv, Dnipro, and Sumy regions.
