On the eve of the SSU and the National Police detained 19 people who ran telegram channels where they reported on the movement of the RC (Recruitment Centre) warning groups and urged not to join the defence forces.
This was reported in the command of the AFU Ground Forces.
The message also notes that the figures filmed provocative streamers and spread fake messages about the Ukrainian military, in particular representatives of the RC.
‘On the basis of the received evidence five detainees were reported on suspicion under part 1 of article 114-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (obstruction of the legitimate activities of the AFU and other military formations).
Now it is planned to report suspicion to other defendants. The attackers face up to 8 years of imprisonment’, – reported in the telegram channel of the AFU Ground Forces.
