This afternoon, Russian troops launched a missile attack on a residential area in Sumy. As a result of the attack, 65 people were wounded, including 14 children, the National Police reported.
The explosion caused significant damage. Windows and doors were blown out of high-rise buildings, and some apartments were set on fire. A local school was severely damaged.
Emergency services are working at the scene, and the aftermath of the shelling is being dealt with.
