A massive Russian attack on Ukraine’s power grid has been ongoing since last night, according to Ukrenergo.
According to the ministry, consumers in Kyiv, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions are without power.
‘As soon as the security situation allows, rescue workers and energy specialists will begin to eliminate the consequences of the attack in order to restore power supply in the regions,’ the statement said.
