Kharkiv woke up to explosions

On the morning of November 28, explosions were heard in Kharkiv during an air raid alert.

According to the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, the strike was on the territory of a civilian enterprise in the Kyiv district.

“According to preliminary information, all the strikes hit the territory of one of Kharkiv’s civilian enterprises in the Kyiv district. At the moment, there is no information on casualties,” Terekhov said.

Oleh Synegubov, the head of the JFO, added that there were three strikes in the city, all in the Kyiv district.


In the morning of November 28, explosions also occurred in Kropyvnytskyi, Odesa, Lutsk, and Rivne.

The Ukrainian energy sector is under massive attack from the Russian Federation, and emergency blackouts are being implemented in the regions.
