On October 20, Russian forces launched three attacks on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. At least four people were killed and six others were injured.

This was reported by Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Vadym Filashkin.

According to him, three employees of a heating utility were killed in one of the strikes while checking the network’s readiness for the heating season.

“They were doing their job so that homes in Kramatorsk would be warm in winter. Russia killed people who stayed in the city and worked for others,” Filashkin wrote.

Another person was killed in an FPV drone strike.

At least 15 apartment buildings, two educational institutions, an administrative building, a utility building and two vehicles were damaged.

Filashkin said Russian forces continue to strike civilians and workers who ensure the city’s essential services.

He also urged Kramatorsk residents not to delay evacuation.

Earlier, “Glavnoe in Ukraine” reported that Russian forces had struck residential buildings in Kramatorsk. At the time, three people were reported killed and two others injured.
