Russian forces carried out massive strikes across Donetsk region over the past day. Four people were killed and 10 others were injured. A total of 117 civilian facilities were damaged, including 83 residential buildings, a hospital, a church, a shop, a bank building and vehicles.
This was reported by the National Police.
Twelve settlements came under fire: Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Bilenke, Malotaranivka, Oleksandrivka, Zoloti Prudy, Myrove, Novoselivka, Petrivka Druha, Spasko-Mykhailivka, Stepanivka and Shnurky.
The Russian army struck Kramatorsk with five aerial bombs — one KAB-500 and four KAB-250 bombs — and also attacked the city with drones. One person was killed and five civilians were injured. Ten apartment buildings and 54 private homes, a church, a bank building, a shop and vehicles were damaged.
According to the Information and Education Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the Church of St. John the Baptist sustained significant damage. Parts of the walls and roof were destroyed, the dome was damaged, and the metal frame was deformed by the blast wave. The area around the church is covered with debris. There is currently no information about casualties among people who may have been on the premises or near the church.
In Sloviansk, Russian forces killed one civilian and injured another person. An apartment building and a private house were damaged.
One person was killed in Spasko-Mykhailivka and another in Stepanivka. One person was also injured in Stepanivka, and a vehicle was damaged.
In Oleksandrivka, two Geran-2 drones attacked a hospital. One person was injured, while three medical facility buildings, two outbuildings, eight ambulances and six civilian vehicles were damaged.
One person was injured in Malotaranivka and one in Myrove.
In Bilenke, 16 private homes were damaged; in Zoloti Prudy, a private house, a church and an outbuilding were damaged; and in Shnurky, an agricultural enterprise was damaged.
Police also established information about another injured person in Kramatorsk who was wounded in shelling on September 21.
