Russian forces struck a high-rise residential building in Odesa on September 28. Four people are known to have been injured.

A multi-storey residential building in Odesa was damaged in the Russian attack. The four injured include a 56-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman, who were hospitalized.
Two girls aged 17 and 18 also required medical assistance. They were treated at the scene.
The attack destroyed an apartment on the 12th floor of a 21-storey residential building. A fire broke out on the 10th floor and has already been extinguished by rescuers.
The blast wave damaged the building’s facade, balconies and windows.
