Overnight, the enemy attacked Poltava. According to the State Emergency Service, a multi-storey residential building was damaged as a result of a strike — floor slabs on the upper level were destroyed. Rescuers evacuated residents and handed the injured over to medics.
Four people were injured, including two children. Unfortunately, one person was killed.
Hits were also recorded on a production infrastructure facility and in an open area — the fires were quickly extinguished.
A total of 63 rescuers and 14 units of SES equipment were involved in the response.
