As reported, Ukrainian troops have regained control of the Vesele-Zolotyi Kolodiaz-Kucheriiv Yar area, where the occupiers had made significant advances.

Defence forces were able to stabilise the situation in the Dobropillia area in the Pokrovsk direction after several days of intense fighting. This was reported by the military project DeepState on Telegram.

According to their data, units of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine ‘Azov’, together with adjacent and subordinate forces, stopped the advance of Russian troops. As a result of search and strike operations, the settlements of Hruzke, Rubizhne, Novovodyane, Petrivka, Vesele and Zolotyi Kolodiaz were cleared.

Additional units of the Airborne Assault Forces, as well as forces from several brigades of the Ground Forces, the Marine Corps, units of the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine, were involved in stabilising the area.

According to the military, Russian troops exploited a vulnerability in the defence and attempted to launch an offensive, but did not have time to consolidate their positions and bring in their main forces. As a result of the fighting, the enemy suffered significant losses: 271 killed, 101 wounded, and 13 soldiers captured.

DeepState notes that the situation in the area remains difficult. Russian troops are already transferring additional forces and stepping up logistics. Ukrainian units continue to clear and block the enemy, maintaining control of the situation.
