Debris removal continues in Kharkiv following the massive Russian attack the previous day.
Units of the State Emergency Service and National Police are working continuously at the site, with medical teams on standby. Municipal services and volunteers are also involved in dealing with the aftermath of the strike.
Once the emergency and rescue operations are completed, specialists will inspect the damaged building and determine whether it is safe for further habitation.
