U.S. President Joe Biden has approved a new secret national security memorandum ahead of Donald Trump’s possible return to the White House.

The memorandum contains four main recommendations: improving cooperation between government departments, accelerating information sharing with allies on the four key adversaries, optimizing sanctions and economic instruments, and strengthening preparations for simultaneous resolution of crises involving these states.
The document will not be made public due to its sensitivity, but representatives of the Biden and Trump administrations have indicated that they will try to coordinate their actions on national security issues during the transition period.
