On the night of February 18, Russian troops attacked the Kirovohrad region, striking the city of Dolynska. As a result of a drone hitting the top floor of a multi-story building, three people were injured – a mother and two children.
This was reported by the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raykovych.
Medics promptly provided assistance to the victims. The younger child needed hospitalization, while the older one remained under outpatient care.
Residents of 38 apartments were evacuated due to the damage to the building. Rescuers are working at the scene.
Russian drones also attacked the Kropyvnytskyi district, but there were no casualties.
