On the night of September 1-2, Russian forces attacked Odesa Oblast with drones, guided aerial bombs and missiles. According to preliminary information, eight people were injured, including one child.
This was reported by the National Police.
The most extensive damage was recorded in Odesa. A 24-storey residential building was hit in the attack, with apartments from the 17th to the 23rd floors damaged.
A five-storey building with office premises, two lyceums and vehicles were also damaged.
Fires broke out at several locations and were extinguished by rescuers.
Police are working at the strike sites, documenting the consequences of the attack and collecting evidence. The exact number of casualties is being clarified.
